1. How long does it take the watch to arrive from the time I order?

We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 days after the payment are confirmed to be received. Normally, you can receive your order within 5-8 business days once it is shipped out. We will email you the tracking No. to follow up

3. What's your ways of shipping?

All watches ordered from Watcopy.com are shipped via EMS. We will inform you with tracking No. by email as soon as your order is shipped out.

5. Do you stock any brands that are not shown on your website?

Yes, we are about to add more products in the future as we currently do have many new styles in stock. If you can't find the watch you want on our site, please send us a picture of the exact model you want and we will let you know if we have it in stock.

6. What payment options do I have?

Visa, Master Card, bank wire transfer and western union are accepted.

7. Who pays for the Duty and Tariff on international shipments?

We will not charge any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
